Our Mission:

Through loving, sharing and healing, Stepping Stones brings honor to every woman's story, one heart at a time, creating hope and an
abundant life.
Residential Home
Part of the vision of Stepping Stones includes establishing long term residential treatment centers for women working toward wholeness and healing.

Our current work has consisted of developing an inventory of residential treatment currently available for women in our community in order to avoid any duplication in services.

We have identified a critical need for women Veterans suffering from PTSD and have submitted grant requests to open a treatment center in the very near future.  On February 23, Pathways For Change was the recipient of a grant from the Dugas Family Foundation. The Foundation pledged to match, dollar for dollar, up to $200,000 in contributions toward the purchase of the Clinton Cox Residential Treatment Facility, a home for up to 12 women veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  The facility is scheduled to open in September 2017.  See the News Release to the right for information concerning the CCR Treatment Facility and the grant.

Once we are able to finalize a comprehensive case for support for other residential treatment centers, including single women, we will begin writing grant requests and soliciting support in establishing those centers.

More to come!
