Our Mission:

Through loving, sharing and healing, Stepping Stones brings honor to every woman's story, one heart at a time, creating hope and an
abundant life.
Who are we?
Stepping Stones is a women's ministry of Pathways For Change dedicated to the healing and transformation of women.  Our current program consists of an outpatient substance abuse treatment program, a mentoring program and our, soon to be opened, Clinton Cox Residental Treatment Facility for women Veterans suffering from PTSD.  Our vision is to further support this work by providing a residential treatment facility for other women working toward wholeness and healing.  To make this program of work sustainable, our vision also includes launching a social enterprise that will not only fund the Stepping Stones Program but also provide vocational training for women in the various Pathways For Change, Stepping Stones Program.
What do we do?
Stepping Stones works with women who have chosen to do the hard work of breaking barriers in their lives resulting from poverty, early childhood adverse experiences, unhealed trauma, addiction (their own or those of their significant others) and other obstacles to living a fulfilling lives.  Many times, these barriers have been passed down from generation to generation.
Why do we do it?
  We believe ...

  • that every heart matters,
  • that our stories matter, and
  • that love matters.

We believe the healing and transformation of women is
  worth fighting for.

We believe we are called to this ministry by a profoundly
  loving and redeeming God.

We believe we are not alone ... that our community is rich
with women (and men) who believe the same.
How Can You Help?
There are many ways to join with us...
Our Scriptural Cornerstone
You make known to me the path of life;
You will fill me with joy in your presence,
with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
